These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Monevia, including our website, Telegram-based advertising network, application flows, and related promotional services. By accessing Monevia, submitting information, purchasing promotion, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Monevia is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older. By using this website or any related service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access adult-oriented professional advertising or networking services in your jurisdiction.

2. Platform Purpose

Monevia is a premium Telegram-based advertising and networking platform connecting agencies, models, advertisers, and international audiences. Monevia provides promotional visibility, presentation, publishing support, and communication pathways. Monevia does not act as an employer, agent, manager, escort service, booking agent, or legal representative of any user.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Monevia, you agree that you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have rights or permission to use all submitted images, videos, text, logos, and links.
  • Complying with all local, national, and international laws applicable to your activity.
  • Communicating honestly and respectfully with other users or advertisers.
  • Reviewing campaign details before publication.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Monevia:

  • Any content involving minors or persons under 18.
  • Illegal services, trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or non-consensual activity.
  • Fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or impersonating content.
  • Copyright or trademark infringement.
  • Spam, malware, phishing, or harmful links.
  • Any activity that violates Telegram rules, Cloudflare rules, or applicable law.

Monevia may refuse, remove, pause, or terminate any content, campaign, or account at its sole discretion if we believe it violates these Terms or creates legal, reputational, or safety risk.

5. Campaigns and Subscriptions

Agency campaigns are displayed and promoted only during their active subscription period. Once a subscription expires, is paused, cancelled, or removed, the related public listing or campaign visibility may disappear automatically.

6. Payments and Results

Payments made for advertising, promotion, or related services are for access to promotional placement and campaign handling. Monevia does not guarantee leads, bookings, conversions, revenue, followers, engagement, or specific business outcomes.

7. Third-Party Links and Telegram

Monevia may link to Telegram bots, Telegram channels, agency profiles, external websites, or third-party contact methods. We are not responsible for third-party content, actions, communications, or transactions outside our platform.

8. Privacy and Discretion

Monevia is designed with privacy and discretion in mind. However, users are responsible for deciding what personal information they share through Telegram, forms, campaign content, or external links.

9. Limitation of Liability

Monevia is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monevia is not liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities, disputes, user conduct, third-party communications, platform downtime, Telegram issues, or campaign performance.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Monevia after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
